What is self-exclusion and how do I activate it?

Self-exclusion is a voluntary tool that blocks access to your 33vd account for a chosen period — from 6 months up to indefinite. To activate it, contact our support team at support@33vd.vip with your account details and preferred exclusion period. Once active, the exclusion cannot be reversed before the period ends.

Responsible Gaming at 33vd

We want every 33vd player in Bangladesh to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment — never as a financial strategy. Our responsible gaming tools and guidelines are here to keep you in control.

What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means keeping gambling a fun, controlled activity. At 33vd, we believe the best gaming experience is one where you set limits, stay aware of time and money spent, and never chase losses. Our platform is built for players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and across Bangladesh who want to enjoy cricket betting, slots, and live casino games safely and with confidence.

33vd takes its responsibility to players seriously. We provide a range of tools that help you manage your gaming activity, alongside clear information on recognising when gambling may be moving beyond entertainment. These resources are available to every registered player at no cost, at any time.

Age Restriction — For Adults 21 and Above Only

33vd strictly prohibits underage gambling. During account registration and verification, we require proof of age. If we have reason to believe a player is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending identity verification. We encourage all adults to keep their login credentials private to prevent underage access, especially in households with younger family members.

Your Responsible Gaming Toolkit

Every 33vd account holder has access to the following tools through their account settings. These features are designed to give you full control over how much time and money you spend on the platform.

Deposit Limits Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing your limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Session Time Limits Decide how long each gaming session should last. When your set time is reached, 33vd will alert you and optionally end the session automatically. Keeping sessions short is one of the most effective ways to maintain healthy gaming habits.
Reality Check Reminders Enable periodic on-screen reminders that show how long you have been playing and how much you have spent during the current session. These check-ins help you stay grounded and make informed decisions.
Time-Out Feature Take a short break from 33vd for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is locked from gameplay and deposits. This is ideal when you feel you need a breather without committing to a longer self-exclusion.
Self-Exclusion For a more serious and lasting commitment, self-exclusion lets you permanently or temporarily block access to your 33vd account for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, you cannot reactivate the account before the selected period ends. Please contact our support team to initiate this process.

Responsible Gaming — Common Questions

Log in to your 33vd account and go to Account Settings, then select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT. Limits take effect immediately once saved. To increase an existing limit, a 7-day review period applies.

Yes. The Time-Out feature lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you cannot place bets or make deposits. Your account data and balance are preserved. Once the time-out expires, your account automatically reactivates.

33vd requires all players to be 21 years of age or older. During registration, age verification is mandatory. We may request government-issued ID or other documents as proof of age. Any account suspected of being held by a minor is immediately suspended pending full verification. We strongly encourage account holders to protect their credentials and prevent minors from accessing the platform.
